Builders’ Incubator is the Christian business and entrepreneurship promotion ministry of Candlelighters International (CI). It strives to bring the gospel of Jesus Christ and the glorious biblical principles for business into the market place.
Our Slogan: Through Builders’ Incubator our goal is to call, equip and accompany a generation of Christian entrepreneurs who are prepared to do business as a ministry under the slogan of:
“My Business My Ministry, My Clients My Mission Field”
Our Conviction: We are very convinced that the power of God is about to move within the marketplace, and Christians need to strategically engage the business world, with the stewardship mindset that was mandated in Genesis. In these last days, Kingdom Entrepreneurs are expected to generate and provide the resources for the Great Harvesting of souls; while being the light themselves within their business spheres of influence.
Our Pointers: While engaging the business world – birthing, equipping and accompanying Christian entrepreneurs, we focus on the intentional implementation of Biblical Business Principles vital in doing business God’s way. We will be bringing to application biblical truth enshrined in such texts including but not limited to the following:

Our Journey: In Candlelighters International, we work with the understanding that the Silver is God’s, the Gold is God’s (Haggai 2:8). We look unto the Lord our God as He is the one who gives us power to make wealth (Deuteronomy 8:18). These two texts are very foundational in our incubating process particularly for new entrepreneurs.
We understand that entrepreneurship is a creative process that involves an entrepreneur’s ability to bring practical products and services with added value, into the marketplace, for which people are willing to pay a fee to have certain needs addressed. We also see innovation to be the centre of entrepreneurship, and our all-knowing Creator God is willing and able to innovatively meet our needs through Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). We certainly can rely on the Holy Spirit (with diligence and hard work – Proverbs 14:23; 13:11) to birth through us, into the world, innovative businesses for the appointed times and seasons (Proverb 20:4).
In Builders Incubator, we consider the five types of innovations indicated by the academic scholar Schumpeter:
Hey! We want you to remember that “the natural result of labor is profit” – Proverbs 14:23; 13:11. What if the Holy Spirit is ready now to reward your labor with wisdom and understanding on how to call those things that be not as if they were, and download then into this earth realm?
